I can help! I’m Laurie, a Midwest-based, married mom of three littles. I’ve been a designer for nearly 20 years and started my own design business 13 years ago. how LC Design Got started and
Why templates?
When I first started working as a designer, I primarily worked with photographers, artists, and church media teams.
One thing I noticed is that we creatives tend to do everything ourselves because we want our work to feel beautiful and authentic.
Many of the people I worked with had a great design eye but had no time to spend hours designing from scratch. I quickly realized that premade templates were the perfect solution. They can achieve that perfect vision and save hours of time.
Why Planning Tools?
After years of managing online shops, custom clients, a home and homeschooling my 3 kids, I realized the importance of simplicity. Creating systems and planning tools tools has made all the difference in maintaining these areas successfully. Design templates are editable in both Canva and Photoshop. Planning tools. in the shop are printable or editable in Canva. All templates come with video tutorials and written instructions so even beginners can use them!

After years of offering design services, I’ve decided to simplify and only offer templates and printable planners. You can still see past work here.

Over the years, I have loved working with churches and businesses doing contract work. But at this point in time, I’ve decided to focus on my online shops and no longer accept contract work.
