Alright Lady,

You and I need to talk.

You should really know this already but let me remind you that you are awesome. Like really awesome.

Maybe you've been feeling stuck lately...

• unproductive
• unmotivated
• disorganized
• behind

But at some point you'll have to face the fact that YOU ARE NEEDED.

You have way too much talent to keep tucked away and hidden from the world.

Somewhere there is someone, probably a lot of someones, who are looking for what you have to offer.

They wish you would post more, create more and share your big ideas.

Maybe things haven't gone how you've expected and it left you at a standstill.

Maybe you're feeling like a failure or not prepared enough to continue.

Maybe a careless person made you feel small and want to give up.

But you are NOT small.

You are a BIG deal to the God of the universe and you are needed.

He gave you the gifts you have and you are responsible for putting them to good use.

So stop waiting for the perfect time, the perfect results and the perfect resources.

Use what you've got already. Do a little at a time and let God worry about the rest.
